FAQ

Why is Garmin Connect required?

WristPass uses the Connect IQ Companion SDK to communicate between your phone and watch. Garmin Connect handles the Bluetooth link.

Can I store tickets or membership cards?

Yes. Any barcode or QR code that a scanner can read should work.

Is my data uploaded to a server?

No. Your barcode data stays on your phone and watch. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What if sync fails?

  • Ensure the watch app is open
  • Reconnect the watch in Garmin Connect
  • Retry with fewer items

Does WristPass support dark mode?

Yes. WristPass follows system dark mode on iOS and Android, and the watch UI is optimized for readability.
